By purchasing any of our products, you agree that we are not be liable for any use or misuse of our products on your instruments or if used inappropriately.  This includes any product that is adhered to the instrument surface in any way. Guitar finishes are the sole responsibility of the owner to use good judgement in protecting their instrument. If you damage the finish of your instrument by using adhesive based mounting practices supplied by our company on your instrument, you take full responsibility for your actions..  We backup our product line with a 30 day money back policy. If your product fails from a manufactures defect, we will replace it at our cost. We do not accept returns on time use items such as adhesive mounted items or tampered with products. In certain circumstances, you can keep the item if it is deemed impractical to return it. We do offer a store credit as well for any future purchases, which do not include shipping fee credits.  Anything returned within 30 days, unused can be subject to a discretionary 15% administrative management restocking fee. This does not apply to defective returns. Although we are protected with the latest transaction encryption protocols, we cannot be held liable for any data breaches that may compromise your personal and financial transaction information.
